AKA Grodziskie -A historical oak smoked mildly sour wheat beer, originating from Poland, but became extinct in production in the early 1990’s due to Polish governmental restrictions to emphasize production of other foods rather than beer. Barely brewed commercially today, this is our recreation to revitalize the beer style. Golden light in color, this wheat based beer emphasizes a unique refreshing taste. Notes of floral and honey, with pleasant mild smokiness in the background. Pairs well with lightly grilled salmon, vegetables, lamb, pork, and easily with kale and green salads.
